WedJobs ("WedJobs " or "We") is a website intended to connect job seekers with recruiters and offer career enhancement services, pertaining to the wedding industry. The services offered by us include the WedJobs Website located at WedJobs.com or any sub domain of WedJobs.com (the "WedJobs Website"), and any other feature, content or applications offered from time to time by WedJobs in connection with the WedJobs Website whether accessed directly or through our application for mobile devices (collectively, the "WedJobs Services").
These Terms of Use (this "Agreement") set forth the legally binding terms for your use and are to be complied with in addition to any agreement or terms agreed upon between the Parties for the WedJobs Services. This Agreement includes your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the WedJobs Services, please read it carefully. Member/User (“You”) may refer to both Employers as well as Employees for the purpose of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with the Terms of this Agreement, you should leave the WedJobs Website and discontinue use of the WedJobs Services immediately. If you wish to become a Member, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the content submission process. By using the WedJobs services, you are complying with all our terms and conditions and clauses mentioned hereinafter.
WedJobs may modify this Agreement from time to time and each modification will be effective when it is posted on the WedJobs Website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement through your continued use of the WedJobs Services. You will not be notified of any modifications to this Agreement, so it is important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.
For Employees, please note that you are responsible to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of any content available through our Website through your own resources and we take no liability of the same whatsoever.

As long as you use the website, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. We may terminate your use of the website, in our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason whatsoever, at any time, without warning or notice to you. Upon such termination of agreement, you shall be stopped from using WedJobs Services and all content shall remain to be the property of WedJobs.
WedJobs reserves the sole and absolute right, to determine the appropriateness of your content, to remove your content without any notice or warning, if we deem it inappropriate. The following is a non-exhaustive and ever evolving list of the content we deem inappropriate:
By agreeing to this Agreement, you also expressly agree to not indulge and engage in the following activity, vis-à-vis your use of the WedJobs Services-
When You register with WedJobs, You will be asked to provide the Company with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your "Information"). In addition to the Terms of Use and any privacy policy applicable to any WedJobs Web Site, You understand and agree that We may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. We will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.
The job posting, resume database (“WedJobs Database”) and other features of the Website may be used only by individuals seeking employment and/or career information and by employers seeking employees. Your use of the WedJobs Services is also subject to any other contracts You may have with WedJobs. In the case of any conflict between these Terms and any contract you have with WedJobs, the terms of your contract will prevail. You are not authorized to share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may tantamount to disabling your WedJobs account. We prohibit sharing of login /passwords with different entity/individual. In the event of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your login ID / Account you must notify Us immediately. We will not be liable for any loss caused by any unauthorized use of your login ID / Account. You may be liable for the losses to WedJobs if any due to such unauthorized use.
Employers are solely responsible for their postings on WedJobs Website. WedJobs is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to Your use of the WedJobs Website and WedJobs shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on the WedJobs Website. You understand and acknowledge that if You cancel Your employer account or Your employer account is terminated, all Your account information from WedJobs, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from WedJobs databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through WedJobs webservers. In order to protect our WedJobs Community Users from commercial advertising or solicitation, WedJobs reserves the right to restrict the number of e-mails which an employer may send to Users to a number which WedJobs deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

WedJobs reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any WedJobs Website, which in the reasonable exercise of WedJobs discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that WedJobs believes is not in the best interest of WedJobs.
If at any time during your use of the WedJobs Services, You made a misrepresentation of fact to WedJobs or otherwise misled WedJobs in regards to the nature of your business activities, WedJobs will have grounds to terminate your use of the WedJobs Services.
When You register with WedJobs Website, You will be asked to create an account and provide WedJobs with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (Your "Information").
Any Profile You submit must be accurate and describe You, an individual person. The Profile requires standard fields to be completed and you may not include in these fields any telephone numbers, street addresses, email addresses or other means of contacting You, other than Your last name and URLs.
You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by You on the WedJobs Website.
You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your account and that if You cancel Your WedJobs account or Your WedJobs account is terminated, all Your account information from WedJobs, including resumes, Profiles, cover letters, saved jobs, questionnaires will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from WedJobs databases and will be removed from any public area of the WedJobs Sites. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through WedJobs web servers. In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of Your Information.
WedJobs reserves the right to delete Your account and all of Your Information after a significant duration of inactivity.
You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to WedJobs or others (including without limitation Third Party Content or WedJobs Content) without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information. If we become aware that one of our members is a repeat copyright infringer, it is our policy to take reasonable steps within our power to terminate such member. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the WedJobs Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with relevant proof and we will be happy to take corrective action accordingly.
Members are solely responsible for their interactions with other WedJobs Members. WedJobs reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members and to immediately terminate the privileges of any Member for any reason or for no reason.
Use of the WedJobs Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, located at 311-D ,Kanakia Zillion, BKC Annexe, Mumbai ,400070 and incorporated into this Agreement by this reference
WedJobs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of this Agreement, if the same is attributable to a Force Majeure event. A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosions, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security, encryption etc.
THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE WEBSITE OR THESE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF USE. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE`.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the WedJobs Website or in connection with the WedJobs Services. Members Content created and posted on the WedJobs Website may contain links to another Website. WedJobs is not responsible for the accuracy or opinions contained in Members Content or on third party Website linked from Members Content. WedJobs is not responsible for the security of the Third Party Website and any such Website accessed by the Members is their sole liability. Such Website are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by WedJobs. Inclusion of any linked website on the WedJobs Services does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by WedJobs. When you access these third-party Website, you do so at your own risk. WedJobs takes no responsibility for third party advertisements which are posted on this WedJobs Website or through the WedJobs Services, nor does it take any responsibility for the services provided by its advertisers. WedJobs assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any Members communication or any Content. WedJobs is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the WedJobs Services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Members or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the WedJobs Services.
Under no circumstances shall WedJobs be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the WedJobs Services, attendance at a WedJobs event, from any Content posted on or through the WedJobs Services, or from the conduct of any Members of the WedJobs Services, whether online or offline. WedJobs cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the WedJobs Services.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR MEMBERS CONTENT OR FOR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from India or the country in which you reside.
If there is any dispute about or involving WedJobs, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws Mumbai, India and the Courts of Mumbai shall have jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any action brought in connection with this Agreement shall be entitled to an award of attorney's fees and costs incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such action.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WedJobs , and any parent, subsidiary, and affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner and operator, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the WedJobs Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from: (i) your use of and access to the WedJobs Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Members Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the WedJobs Website.
The failure of WedJobs to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
