WedJobs ("WedJobs " or "We") is a website intended to connect job seekers with recruiters and offer career enhancement services, pertaining to the wedding industry. The services offered by us include the WedJobs Website located at WedJobs.com or any sub domain of WedJobs.com (the "WedJobs Website"), and any other feature, content or applications offered from time to time by WedJobs in connection with the WedJobs Website whether accessed directly or through our application for mobile devices (collectively, the "WedJobs Services").

These Terms of Use (this "Agreement") set forth the legally binding terms for your use and are to be complied with in addition to any agreement or terms agreed upon between the Parties for the WedJobs Services. By using the WedJobs Services, whether as a "Visitor" (meaning you simply browse the WedJobs website) or as a "Member" (meaning you have registered with and/or submitted content to the WedJobs website either as an individual or as a company), you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the WedJobs Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”)located at 311-D ,Kanakia Zillion, BKC Annexe, Mumbai ,400070.

This Agreement includes your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the WedJobs Services, please read it carefully. Member/User (“You”) may refer to both Employers as well as Employees for the purpose of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with the Terms of this Agreement, you should leave the WedJobs Website and discontinue use of the WedJobs Services immediately. If you wish to become a Member, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the content submission process. By using the WedJobs services, you are complying with all our terms and conditions and clauses mentioned hereinafter.

WedJobs may modify this Agreement from time to time and each modification will be effective when it is posted on the WedJobs Website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement through your continued use of the WedJobs Services. You will not be notified of any modifications to this Agreement, so it is important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

For Employees, please note that you are responsible to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of any content available through our Website through your own resources and we take no liability of the same whatsoever.

1. Eligibility

We render the use of the WedJobs Services void where prohibited. When you register with us, you

1. represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and to fully abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as far as age, jurisdiction, laws of land, etc. are concerned and
2. agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the WedJobs Services

2. Term

As long as you use the website, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. We may terminate your use of the website, in our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason whatsoever, at any time, without warning or notice to you. Upon such termination of agreement, you shall be stopped from using WedJobs Services and all content shall remain to be the property of WedJobs.

3. Members & WedJobs Content

1. WedJobs authorizes You, subject to these Terms, to view and a single copy of the content available on or from the WedJobs Website and to access and use the WedJobs Content and to download and print a single copy of the content available on or from the WedJobs Website solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. The contents of WedJobs Website, such as designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, button icons, software, audio files and other WedJobs content (collectively, "WedJobs Content"), are protected under both India and foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All WedJobs Content is the property of WedJobs or its licensors. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the WedJobs Website is the exclusive property of WedJobs and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws.
2. Unauthorized use of the WedJobs Content may violate these laws and/or applicable communications regulations and statutes, and is strictly prohibited. You must preserve all copyright, trademarks, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the original WedJobs Content on any authorized copy You make of the WedJobs Content. You may not sell or modify the WedJobs Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the WedJobs Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of WedJobs, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or that otherwise infringes WedJobs’ intellectual property rights.
3. Any code that WedJobs creates to generate or display any WedJobs Content or the pages making up any WedJobs Site is also protected by WedJobs’ copyright and You may not copy or adapt such code. You may not use any of the WedJobs Content on any other Web site or in a networked computer environment (including, without limitation, by uploading or republishing WedJobs Content on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporating the WedJobs Content in any other database or compilation for any purpose). You shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that the Company creates to generate any WedJobs Content or the pages making up any WedJobs Site which is also protected by the Company's copyright. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. This license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause.
4. You represent and warrant that you own the content posted by you on or through the WedJobs Services or that you otherwise have sufficient right, title and interest in and to such content to grant WedJobs the licenses and rights set forth below without violating, infringing or misappropriating the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any content posted by you to or through the WedJobs Services. WedJobs shall not be liable for any violation of copyright or any other intellectual property or other rights being violated in any manner whatsoever and the member posting the same shall be liable.
5. After posting, uploading or embedding content to the WedJobs Services, you continue to retain such rights in the same as you held prior to posting such content on the WedJobs Services and you continue to have the right to use it in any way you choose. However, by displaying or publishing ("posting") any content on or through the WedJobs Services, you hereby grant to WedJobs a non- exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, modify (e.g., re-format), rearrange, and distribute your content through any media now known or developed in the future.
6. WedJobs does not take liability to ensure protection of the content posted on the website/platform. In the event that the Member posts content on the website and the same is infringed by another Member or any other third party, it shall not be the liability of WedJobs. We attempt to prevent such copying and infringement by applying our watermark on each image, but take no responsibility to further protect the content.
7. WedJobs contains Content of other Members and other WedJobs licensors ("Third Party Content" ) and you are permitted to access the Third-Party Content solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the WedJobs Website. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree that you shall not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, license, sublicense, assign, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Third-Party Content appearing on or through the WedJobs. In the event, that any member is found to be in violation of another person’s Intellectual Property or any other rights in any manner, they shall be absolutely and solely liable and no liability shall be laid down on WedJobs for the same.

4. Prohibited Content

WedJobs reserves the sole and absolute right, to determine the appropriateness of your content, to remove your content without any notice or warning, if we deem it inappropriate. The following is a non-exhaustive and ever evolving list of the content we deem inappropriate:

1. Content that criticizes a business or individual beyond that of merely offering an opinion;
2. Content that harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
3. Content that exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
4. Content that contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
5. Content that includes racially, ethically, or otherwise objectionable language;
6. Content that is libelous, defamatory, or otherwise tortious language;
7. Content that solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
8. Content that promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
9. Content that promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
10. Content that involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming" or "spamming";
11. Content that contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page;
12. Content that furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
13. Content that solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other members;
14. Content that is owned, created or belongs to a third party and the entity posting/publishing such content has no authority to do so;
15. Content that involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; and
16. Or any other Content as per the discretion of WedJobs.

5. Prohibited Activity

By agreeing to this Agreement, you also expressly agree to not indulge and engage in the following activity, vis-à-vis your use of the WedJobs Services-

1. copying, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, transmitting, licensing, sublicensing, assigning, distributing, performing, publicly displaying, or selling any Third Party Content on WedJobs Website;
2. criminal or tortious activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, spimming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
3. covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any WedJobs page via HTML/CSS or any other means;
4. any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends or send comments or messages;
5. interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on WedJobs;
6. attempting to impersonate another Members, person, or representative of WedJobs;
7. using the account, Members name, or password of another Members at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account;
8. selling or otherwise transferring your profile, without our permission;
9. using any information obtained from the WedJobs Website in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
10. displaying an advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity on or through the WedJobs Website on behalf of that person, such as placing commercial content on your profile, posting blogs or bulletins with a commercial purpose, or sending private messages with a commercial purpose; and
11. using WedJobs in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Registration Information

When You register with WedJobs, You will be asked to provide the Company with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your "Information"). In addition to the Terms of Use and any privacy policy applicable to any WedJobs Web Site, You understand and agree that We may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. We will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

7. Use of the WedJobs Services

The job posting, resume database (“WedJobs Database”) and other features of the Website may be used only by individuals seeking employment and/or career information and by employers seeking employees. Your use of the WedJobs Services is also subject to any other contracts You may have with WedJobs. In the case of any conflict between these Terms and any contract you have with WedJobs, the terms of your contract will prevail. You are not authorized to share your password or other account access information with any other party, temporarily or permanently, and breach of this obligation may tantamount to disabling your WedJobs account. We prohibit sharing of login /passwords with different entity/individual. In the event of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your login ID / Account you must notify Us immediately. We will not be liable for any loss caused by any unauthorized use of your login ID / Account. You may be liable for the losses to WedJobs if any due to such unauthorized use.

8. Additional Terms Applicable to Employers

Employers are solely responsible for their postings on WedJobs Website. WedJobs is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to Your use of the WedJobs Website and WedJobs shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on the WedJobs Website.
You understand and acknowledge that if You cancel Your employer account or Your employer account is terminated, all Your account information from WedJobs, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from WedJobs databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through WedJobs webservers.
In order to protect our WedJobs Community Users from commercial advertising or solicitation, WedJobs reserves the right to restrict the number of e-mails which an employer may send to Users to a number which WedJobs deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Job postings

A Job posting shall not include the following:

1. Jobs that don’t comply applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;
2. Jobs or other advertisements for competitors of WedJobs or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with WedJobs;
3. Sale, Promotion or Advertisement of Products or Services
4. Any business opportunity that requires an upfront or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents;
5. Advertisement of sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature;
6. Requesting the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including, without limitation, reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy;
7. Endorsement of a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue;
8. Endorsement of a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue;
• racial or ethnic origin
• political beliefs
• philosophical or religious beliefs
• membership of a trade union
• physical or mental health
• sexual life
• the commission of criminal offences or proceedings or
• age

WedJobs reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any WedJobs Website, which in the reasonable exercise of WedJobs discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that WedJobs believes is not in the best interest of WedJobs.

If at any time during your use of the WedJobs Services, You made a misrepresentation of fact to WedJobs or otherwise misled WedJobs in regards to the nature of your business activities, WedJobs will have grounds to terminate your use of the WedJobs Services.

9. Additional terms applicable to Job Seekers

When You register with WedJobs Website, You will be asked to create an account and provide WedJobs with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (Your "Information").

Any Profile You submit must be accurate and describe You, an individual person. The Profile requires standard fields to be completed and you may not include in these fields any telephone numbers, street addresses, email addresses or other means of contacting You, other than Your last name and URLs.

You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by You on the WedJobs Website.

You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your account and that if You cancel Your WedJobs account or Your WedJobs account is terminated, all Your account information from WedJobs, including resumes, Profiles, cover letters, saved jobs, questionnaires will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from WedJobs databases and will be removed from any public area of the WedJobs Sites. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through WedJobs web servers. In addition, third parties may retain saved copies of Your Information.

WedJobs reserves the right to delete Your account and all of Your Information after a significant duration of inactivity.

10. copyright Ploicy

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to WedJobs or others (including without limitation Third Party Content or WedJobs Content) without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information. If we become aware that one of our members is a repeat copyright infringer, it is our policy to take reasonable steps within our power to terminate such member. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the WedJobs Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with relevant proof and we will be happy to take corrective action accordingly.

11. Members’ Disputes

Members are solely responsible for their interactions with other WedJobs Members. WedJobs reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members and to immediately terminate the privileges of any Member for any reason or for no reason.

12. Privacy

Use of the WedJobs Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, located at 311-D ,Kanakia Zillion, BKC Annexe, Mumbai ,400070 and incorporated into this Agreement by this reference

13. Force Majeure

WedJobs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of this Agreement, if the same is attributable to a Force Majeure event. A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosions, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security, encryption etc.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THE WEBSITE OR THESE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS OF USE. AS WITH THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE THROUGH ANY MEDIUM OR IN ANY ENVIRONMENT, YOU SHOULD USE YOUR BEST JUDGMENT AND EXERCISE CAUTION WHERE APPROPRIATE`.

Members Content created and posted on the WedJobs Website may contain links to another Website. WedJobs is not responsible for the accuracy or opinions contained in Members Content or on third party Website linked from Members Content. WedJobs is not responsible for the security of the Third Party Website and any such Website accessed by the Members is their sole liability. Such Website are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by WedJobs. Inclusion of any linked website on the WedJobs Services does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by WedJobs. When you access these third-party Website, you do so at your own risk. WedJobs takes no responsibility for third party advertisements which are posted on this WedJobs Website or through the WedJobs Services, nor does it take any responsibility for the services provided by its advertisers. WedJobs is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any Members of the WedJobs Services.

WedJobs assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any Members communication or any Content. WedJobs is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the WedJobs Services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Members or to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the WedJobs Services.

Under no circumstances shall WedJobs be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the WedJobs Services, attendance at a WedJobs event, from any Content posted on or through the WedJobs Services, or from the conduct of any Members of the WedJobs Services, whether online or offline. WedJobs cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the WedJobs Services.

15. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR ANY PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AFFILIATE, DIRECTOR, OFFICER, EMPLOYEE, LICENSOR, DISTRIBUTOR, SUPPLIER, AGENT, RESELLER, OWNER, OR OPERATOR OF OURS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, WEDJOBS ’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF YOUR USE. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR MEMBERS CONTENT OR FOR ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 16. Special Admonitions for International Use

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from India or the country in which you reside.

17. Disputes; Choice of Law; Venue

If there is any dispute about or involving WedJobs, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws Mumbai, India and the Courts of Mumbai shall have jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any action brought in connection with this Agreement shall be entitled to an award of attorney's fees and costs incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such action.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WedJobs , and any parent, subsidiary, and affiliate, director, officer, employee, licensor, distributor, supplier, agent, reseller, owner and operator, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the WedJobs Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from: (i) your use of and access to the WedJobs Website; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Members Content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the WedJobs Website.

19. Waiver and Severability of Terms

The failure of WedJobs to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect.

20. Statute of Limitations

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

21. Violations
