How to search for candidates?

Once you have posted a job, the candidates with the right qualification will be able to see the job and apply to it. once they have applied, you will be notified of it and you can take it further.


Can I hire multiple candidates at one time?

Yes, don't forget to mention the number of positions available for a particular job that you post.


Can I shortlist multiple candidates?

Yes, once you get enough number of candidates, you can shortlist the best and intimate them of the same.


What is the difference between create a new project and post a job?

Create project is used to create individual wedding projects. In each of the projects, you can post your job requirement and number of vacancies.


How long should I wait before responding to candidates?

It is completely your call. If you think you have found the right candidate or candidates, you can shortlist them and begin communicating with them. But we recommend you doing it within a period of one of two weeks to get optimal results.


What is the best way to take things forward with candidates if we are interested?

You can intimate them through WedJobs that you are interested in them. You can follow it up with a mail/ phone call to seal the deal.


How will the job seekers get to know when I post a new job?

Everytime there is a new job posting, the job seekers can see those openings under the Available Jobs section.


If I have a requirement for a freelancer, can you find it?

WedJobs.in is a Job Portal that helps you hire freelancers, full-time/part-time employees. All you will have to do is register as a recruiter on the website and post your job requirement.
